Practicing yoga during pregnancy will energize your body and calm your mind.  This four-week series will strengthen all the right muscles, soothe your soul, and connect you with other mamas.  We will (slowly!) move into poses that are specifically great for pregnant bellies: there will be no dhanurasas here!  As posture changes and hormones run wild, prenatal yoga will bring you back to yourself with careful SYJ alignment and joyous meditation.  Treat yourself to just one hour a week of mindful movement; not only will this boost your day, it will prepare you for the rest of your pregnancy and labor.

Heidi has studied yoga for over 5 years.   After her first pregnancy, she knew she needed to help support other mamas who need some love, quiet time, and understanding in this crazy journey.  She completed her prenatal yoga teacher training with Sue Elkind in New Jersey, and is currently expecting her second baby.

    Hello,
    I am interested in your prenatal yoga classes and wanted to see if I could get some more information on the schedule, cost, etc. My husband and I recently moved to Norwalk and I am 15 weeks pregnant with my first child.
