Practicing yoga during pregnancy will energize your body and calm your mind. This four-week series will strengthen all the right muscles, soothe your soul, and connect you with other mamas. We will (slowly!) move into poses that are specifically great for pregnant bellies: there will be no dhanurasas here! As posture changes and hormones run wild, prenatal yoga will bring you back to yourself with careful SYJ alignment and joyous meditation. Treat yourself to just one hour a week of mindful movement; not only will this boost your day, it will prepare you for the rest of your pregnancy and labor.
