Ever take an SYJ class that kinda kicked your butt? You know the one where you you found out just how strong you really are? The one that pushed you a little harder, threw you a few curve balls and was downright out of the box?
This hybrid class is all that and more. We will combine elements of your already awesome SYJ open level class with strength training and metabolic conditioning. Squats – lunges – push ups – core work – and some unexpected wall use are all up for grabs in this hour long powerful and passionate class.
Starts, January 7th. NOW a regular class on Saturdays, 7:15 am – 8:15 am.
