Michelle found healing in yoga 20 years ago as a new mother diagnosed with breast cancer. She trained with SYJ before moving to Argentina and Switzerland where she taught yoga and meditation. A certified Holistic Health Coach, Michelle teaches yoga and workshops in meditation, anxiety management, and nutrition. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree of Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport and has a passion for empowering women to take charge of their own happiness, health, and well being.
