My classes combine both strengthening flows and quieter, calm moments. I believe that exercise and mindfulness are crucial to feeling good, so my goal in each class is to teach my students how to feel present in their own bodies and be excited about their potential. Together we’ll practice the joy of moving with the breath, meditation, and giving more complex poses a try (as long as they’re fun!). I love what I do but don’t take myself too seriously – our classes together will encourage healthy alignment and practicing without judgement.
