Seeking to balance my body from a rigorous gym and lifting routine I came to yoga at SYJ. Discovering that this practice offers so much more than just physical transformation got me hooked. Embracing the connection between movement, breath, and body awareness helps me feel lighter and more present.
My experience as a personal trainer in addition to my training at SYJ informs how I help students build strength, balance, and quality movement patterns. Teaching classes that are fun but challenging, thoughtfully sequenced, and grounded in healthy alignment, is what inspires me.  You’ll leave my classes feeling stronger, brighter, and more present.
