As someone with a very busy mind, the practice of yoga is very meditative for me. Stepping onto my mat allows me to step out of my chaotic thoughts and into my breath and body, giving me the space to deepen my mind-body-spirit connection. Yoga offers me the gift of being present with what is here and now – meeting myself wherever I am at and acknowledging that it can be really hard to be human!
My classes provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you are encouraged to show up just as you are. All are welcome. Whether you have come to yoga to find healing, a workout, or both, it is always an honor to practice with you. You will leave my classes feeling as though you were able to get in touch with the deepest part of your self.
