Yoga has transformed me from the person I thought I was supposed to be, into the person I truly am. Woah, that’s deep! But it is true. Like so many people, I am prone to overthinking and anxiety and although these mental habits can be very hard to kick, every time I step on to my mat I feel myself improving as a human being. I feel lighter and kinder, but also stronger and more confident all at the same time. What a powerful practice.
My goal when I teach is to challenge the body and the mind. The poses presented will require strength and the questions asked will inspire you to look inward. Time flies when we remain in the present moment and that is where we will stay during our hours together.
