Michelle turned to yoga for healing, empowerment, and compassion in order to balance the joy of being a new mom with the challenge of treatment for breast cancer.

Michelle’s yoga mat has followed her around the world, a reminder that yoga brings us home no matter where we are living or what we are living through.

Michelle teaches breath-centered classes with keen attention to alignment.  You’ll find her classes inspired by philosophy, art, and poetry.
