I have tried many different disciplines of yoga, but when I experienced Vinyasa flow, I fell in love.  Vinyasa flow is my self-care, and it has taught me patience and intention.  When I was a young mother, I struggled to be both selfless and to keep my own identity, and my practice allowed me to find the strength to accomplish both.

I learned through yoga to live in the present, not in the future or in the past, and to always focus on the moment.  I continue to make these connections with my inner self and evolve.  We as humans should always strive for growth and that happens every time we come to the mat.

My classes are for all levels. I concentrate on breath and body movements with a strong emphasis on alignment cues. Through the exterior shapes that our bodies create through yoga practice, we also connect with our internal world.  This will be achieved with strength, balance and micro movement.  My role is always to be your guide and to help you discover your own connections within your body, mind and soul.  Let’s Get Lit UP!
