During my 19 years of yoga practice, I have been exposed to many different styles of yoga all over the world.  Yoga has always been like “pizza” to me- I have never met a slice I haven’t liked!  That being said, I was taught to teach the style of class that I would want to take.  I tend to gravitate towards Power/Vinyasa/Flow yoga because building strength, flexibility, and balance in my body is equally as important is building those attributes in my life.  You can expect a powerful, mindful, well-crafted flow class designed to energize, ground, and empower you to be the best version of yourself both on and off your mat.  I tend to incorporate lots of arm balancing, inversions and challenging transitions – so come with a sense of playfulness!  All levels are always welcomed.
