Rhodie L.

Rhodie has been passionately teaching group fitness classes for almost 20 years. She began teaching indoor cycling where she fell in love with the connection of riding to music, connecting to group energy, and building mental and physical strength together in community. She next became certified through STOTT to teach Pilates. Rhodie loved watching her clients gain control and strength of their bodies that enhanced sport and movement well beyond the studio. She believes that the best part of a Pilates practice is the encouragement of a mind/body connection and in doing so, building an intuitive trust in the capacity of our mental and physical strength.
